1. Who we are

2. What we collect

  • Account details: your name, email address and password. If you sign in with Google, Facebook, LinkedIn, Apple or X, we receive basic profile details from that service, such as your name and email address.
  • Purchase details: what you bought, the amount and the date. Card payments are processed by Stripe; we do not receive your full card number.
  • Learning activity: the courses you are enrolled in, your progress and your practice results.
  • Messages: what you send us by email or WhatsApp. If you join our WhatsApp group, your phone number and messages are visible to the other members.
  • Website use: if you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics records how you use our site, such as pages visited, device and browser type, approximate location, and actions like signing up, starting a checkout or clicking a link to WhatsApp or YouTube.
  • Your choices: your cookie settings and whether you agreed to receive marketing emails.
  • Testimonials: your name, photo, comments or exam result, only if you give us permission to publish them.

3. How we use it

  • To create your account and give you access to what you bought.
  • To take payments and keep purchase records.
  • To answer your questions and support your studies.
  • To handle requests under our second-chance policy and upgrade credit.
  • To send service messages, such as purchase confirmations and access information.
  • To send marketing emails, only if you agreed to receive them. You can unsubscribe at any time.
  • To understand and improve our website, using analytics only if you accept analytics cookies.
  • To prevent fraud and misuse, such as account sharing, and to meet our legal obligations.

4. Our legal reasons

Where data-protection law requires a legal reason, we rely on: the contract with you (to provide your courses), your consent (marketing emails, analytics cookies, testimonials), our legitimate interests (running and protecting our business), and legal obligations (for example, keeping financial records).

5. Who we share it with

We share personal data only with the services that help us run RUQQI, and only as needed:

  • LearnWorlds, which hosts our website, courses and student accounts;
  • Stripe, which processes payments;
  • Google, which provides Google Analytics;
  • WhatsApp (Meta), which carries our support chats and student group.

We may also share data where the law requires it, or with a buyer of our business if RUQQI is ever sold. We do not sell your personal data.

6. International transfers

These services may store or process data in the United States and other countries. They apply their own safeguards, described in their privacy policies.

7. How long we keep it

We keep your account and learning data while your account is open, and for a reasonable period afterwards to handle any questions or disputes. We keep purchase records for as long as tax and accounting rules require. Analytics data is kept for the period set in our Google Analytics settings. You can ask us to delete your data sooner, unless we must keep it by law.

8. Your rights

You can ask us to give you a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, or stop using it for marketing or analytics, and you can withdraw your consent at any time. Use the privacy settings in your account or email info@ruqqi.com. We will reply within 30 days. You can also complain to the data-protection authority in your country.

9. Cookies

We use cookies as described in our Cookie Policy, and we use analytics cookies only with your consent.

10. Children

RUQQI is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18 without a parent's or guardian's consent.

11. Security

We use the security measures provided by our service providers and take reasonable care with your data, but no method of storing or sending data is completely secure.

We may update this policy and will show the date of the latest update at the top.
