Terms and Conditions

1. About us

These terms apply to your use of ruqqi.com and to every purchase you make on it. The site is operated by Ruqqi Consulting LLC, a limited liability company registered in Wyoming, USA, at 30 N Gould St, Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801 ("RUQQI", "we", "us"). 2. Accepting these terms

By creating an account or buying a course, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't create an account or buy. You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian.

3. Your account

  • Give accurate information when you sign up, and keep it up to date.
  • Keep your password private. You are responsible for everything done through your account.
  • Your account is for you alone. You may not share your login or let anyone else use your access.
  • Tell us straight away if you think someone else has used your account.

4. What you get when you buy

When you buy a course or program, you receive a personal, non-transferable licence to access its content online for your own study during the access period. You do not buy ownership of the content. Our courses are self-paced and include recorded video lessons, written notes and practice questions. Students may also join the RUQQI WhatsApp support group.

5. Prices and payment

  • Prices are shown in US dollars and are paid in full at checkout. There are no subscriptions or recurring charges.
  • Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not receive or store your full card details.
  • Your bank or card issuer may charge currency-conversion or foreign-transaction fees; these are your responsibility.
  • We may change our prices at any time. A price change does not affect a purchase you have already made.

6. Access period

  • Programs (CFA Level 1 and CFA Level 2) and single courses: 12 months from the date of purchase.
  • When the access period ends, the content is no longer available to you. We may extend access at our discretion, including under the second-chance policy in section 9.

7. Immediate access and no refunds

  • Your access to the course content starts as soon as your payment is complete. By completing your purchase, you ask us to give you immediate access, and you accept that, because of this, all sales are final.
  • We do not offer refunds or exchanges, including for a change of mind, partial use, not using the course, or your exam result.
  • If you are charged twice, or charged the wrong amount because of a payment error, contact us and we will correct it.
  • Nothing in these terms removes any right you have under consumer-protection laws that apply to you and cannot be excluded by agreement.

8. Starting with one topic and upgrading

  • You can buy a single topic first. If you later buy the full program it belongs to, we deduct the full amount you paid for that program's single topics from the program price. For example, if you paid for two topics at $150 each, $300 is deducted.
  • To use this credit, contact us before you buy the program and we will apply it to your purchase.
  • You can use the credit for as long as your access to those topics is active. It cannot exceed the program price and cannot be exchanged for cash.

9. Second-chance policy

If you sat the CFA exam and did not pass, you can ask us to extend your access, free of charge, until your next exam window. To qualify:

  • you send your request within 30 days of receiving your exam result; and
  • you have not already received an extension for the same purchase (one extension is allowed per purchase).

The extension is a goodwill benefit. It is not a guarantee that you will pass, and it does not create any right to a refund.

10. No guarantee of results

We work hard to help you understand the material, but your exam result depends on many things outside our control. We do not guarantee that you will pass any exam.

RUQQI is independent of CFA Institute. CFA Institute does not endorse, promote or warrant the accuracy or quality of RUQQI. CFA® and Chartered Financial Analyst® are registered trademarks owned by CFA Institute.

11. Our content

  • All course content, including videos, notes, Nuggets, practice questions, slides and interactive tools, belongs to RUQQI or our licensors and is protected by copyright.
  • You may use it only for your own study during your access period. Notes you download or print are for your personal study only.
  • You may not copy, record, share, sell, upload or publish any of it, or use it to teach or train others.
  • If content is shared or redistributed from your account, we may end your access without a refund.

12. The WhatsApp group and other communication

  • Be respectful. Harassment, spam, advertising and sharing course content outside the group are not allowed.
  • In a WhatsApp group, other members can see your phone number and your messages.
  • We may remove anyone who breaks these rules.
  • We provide support in Arabic and English.

13. Changes to courses

We may update, reorganise or replace course content, for example when the CFA curriculum changes. We aim to keep each course useful for the exam it is designed for, but we are not required to keep older versions available.

14. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms, misuse the content or share your account. In that case no refund is due. You can close your account at any time by contacting us.

15. Payment disputes

If you have a problem with a payment, please contact us first so we can help. If you open a dispute or chargeback with your bank, we may suspend your access while it is reviewed, and we may share relevant details of your purchase and use of the course with the payment provider.

16. Third-party services

Our site runs on LearnWorlds, payments are processed by Stripe, and we use WhatsApp, YouTube and Google Analytics. Their own terms and privacy policies also apply when you use them, and we are not responsible for their services.

17. Liability

  • We provide the website and courses "as is" and do not promise that they will always be available or free of errors.
  • To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the course or program the claim relates to, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost income or exam fees.
  • Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law.

18. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time and will show the date of the latest update at the top. The version in force when you make a purchase applies to that purchase.

19. Governing law and complaints

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA. If you have a complaint, please contact us first; we will try to resolve it within 30 days. This does not affect any right you have under the consumer laws of your country to bring a claim where you live.
